The incumbent will be responsible for providing strategic direction to our in-country marketing teams as they become responsible for the support and delivery of our goals and objectives across the chosen business units and solutionsThe individual will have strong leadership skills and experience of leading teams across jurisdictions, enabling them to work alongside the country and regional MD\'s, in addition to leading a high-performing marketing team.Key responsibilities:Commercial:

  • Lead the commercial target and plans from a marketing perspective with regards to lead generation, revenue optimisation and NRR
  • Own the relationship between regional marketing, MDR function and commercial teams to identify opportunities to influence conversion metrics throughout the funnel
  • Utilise knowledge of top origination markets in order to help shape campaigns, assets and prioritisation of resource.
  • Create and own business cases / proposals for local specific campaigns that are not aligned to our core BU\'s or solutions
Campaigns:
  • Oversee the execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns into the region, ensuring successful execution by country marketeers.
  • Encourage and oversee the utilisation of data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to support future activity. Optimising campaigns from both an origination and execution perspective
Collateral:
  • Ensure the effective delivery and execution of centrally created collateral / assets and distribution across the region to commercial and client teams, adapting for local country needs if needed.
  • Support the team to develop new collateral only where we need to reflect the local capabilities in chosen BU\'s or solutions
Brand:
  • Become the brand custodian for the region, identifying opportunities for us to leverage our brand and purpose. Both internally and externally
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to deliver brand related campaign and collateral.
Data:
  • Become a data first marketeer, proficient across all our marketing platforms, leading by example to team members
  • Foster a culture whereby data quality is a priority within region. Working with MDR\'s and client teams to manage and update data wherever possible
Team Leadership:
  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget for the Region, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI
Key requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree or relevant qualification
  • 5 years + experience in B2B marketing (Financial Services/Telco/Consultancy/Professional Services)
  • Proven experience of product / service marketing
  • Owned and managed campaigns, content and buyer journey experiences
  • Highly capably in the use of lead management, data and digital engagement tactics and techniques
  • Marketing pioneer that is ambitious with ideas and assertive with delivery
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Effective planning and time management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership skills, working alongside business leaders whilst still developing team members in enhancing their skills and capabilities.
  • Superior computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office, marketing automation and CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn
