Accountabilities and responsibilities
Tailor the global talent strategies by considering Asia regional & local circumstances.
Oversee and coordinate all talent related activities and initiatives in Asia region.
Collaborate with and constantly report to central Center of Expertise (CoE), shaping the global talent strategy by providing Asia regional perspective.
Develop and execute regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with business & organizational targets.
Collaborate with L&D teams to deliver targeted training programs and initiatives that address skill gaps and enhance employee performance.
Establish and oversee Asia regional talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
Build and maintain strong Asia regional talent pipelines by proactively identifying and developing a talent pool within the organization, in close cooperation with Business & Organizations.
Profile
Knowledge & Skills requirements
Project management and ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks
Strong knowledge of talent assessment methods, development programs, and succession planning practices.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams both Business & Operations, as well as external partners and candidates).
Deep knowledge of competitive landscape in the Asia region at both regional and local levels.
