HubSpot\'s overarching mission is to help businesses grow better. In support of that mission, HubSpot is seeking an inspiring, inclusive and customer-centric Head of Sales, Asia. In this critical leadership role, you will be responsible for helping to develop our high-velocity sales strategy as well as building, leading and developing our sales teams within Asia, spanning Small Business, Mid-Market and Corporate segments. You will also be expected to represent HubSpot externally, align the parts of our business against a strategic plan, as well as maintain and develop our culture internally.
You will refine and improve current go-to-market sales strategies by leveraging metrics and analysing trends in the business and partnering with key team members across HubSpot\'s go-to-market organisation. You will inspire your team to do their best work, and coach your Managers and sales reps to develop their careers and execute with excellence. You will be masterful in customer engagements, as well as being a cultural and behavioral role model for all our Asia employees.
