The Modulus Project is at the cornerstone of Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply (M&S) strategy as it aims at creating a new manufacturing concept consisting of a new generation of evolutive multi-product facilities, modular, adaptable, and agile, leveraging new disruptive technologies, to better address vaccine & biologics business challenges. Digital will be one of the key topics to help Modulus to reach its ambition. In this context, we are looking for a Head of Smart Factory for our new site based in Singapore.Strategic context:The Head of Smart Factory will lead implementation of highly intensive IT projects and deployment of Smart Factory (incl. GenAI) solutions including managing a team of Smart Factory Project Managers. She/He leads data governance, analysis and analytics on site and define the master data requirements. This role reports to the Modulus SGP Manufacturing 4.0 & Operational Excellence Head.Main responsibilities:Lead implementation of IT projects (e.g., iShift, MARS, LIMS, global/local solutions, etc.) byDefining execution approach and master-plan in alignment with key stakeholdersEnsuring funding (e.g., Capex/Opex) and line up project team ensuring capacity and capabilities (e.g., Project Mgr, KUs, SMEs, etc.)Monitoring execution, planning adherence, escalation through appropriate governanceEnsuring in place, in use with formal handover to operationsProviding first line solution support during operationsLead the deployment of Smart Factory (incl.
