As a Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will:-

• Establish and grow from scratch the partnerships ecosystem for Fave Singapore from strategic alignment to commercial establishment and execution and scale up.
• Have the opportunity to work directly with the General Manager to come up with strategic partnership opportunities
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop and execute partnership strategies to improve and differentiate Fave products, from payments perspective
• Structure and negotiate deals with partners capable of expanding Fave\'s payment method coverage
• Work with teams including Sales, Legal, Marketing, Risk, Legal, and Finance to launch and manage partnership programs, to develop Fave\'s ecosystem
• Grow, manage, strengthen & further diversify (as appropriate) relationships with key payment partners
• Experienced & well versed with the payments landscape in SEA, and specific experience in Singapore

• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic project management, product management or similar roles at a technology company, with at least 5 years in direct partnership role is a must
• Strong product instincts and ability to identify opportunities for Fave to leverage partners\' existing and in-development products, as well as the ability to collaborate with internal Product and Engineering organizations to build the right features for Fave\'s ecosystem users
• An understanding of company strategy and key requirements for scaling Fave offerings through partnerships, especially with a \xe2\x80\x9cusers first\xe2\x80\x9d mentality
• Strong verbal and written communication skills - including the ability to speak to different constituencies such as business development, product, engineering, and sales internally and externally
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity
• MBA degree & consulting background is preferred
