About Our Client

Our Client is a renowned private equity firm which is looking to start up operations within the QSR sector. This is a renowned brand and they are in the exciting phase of their expansion into SEA market. They are currently looking for a Head of Supply Chain (Procurement) to assist them and contribute in this area.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your main responsibility includes leading the end-to-end strategic sourcing process across both direct and indirect categories. You must ensure sourcing and materials strategies are developed to meet the needs of internal customers and stakeholders as well as driving continuous improvement to drive innovation for all products. You are expected to have great communication skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• 
  To develop and source innovative food and non-food products across the region.
• Set up Sourcing Strategy and to provide a planned, market-driven approach.
• Provide guidance to sourcing activities through the utilization of applicable corporate policies.
• Lead business reviews with suppliers to improve partnership and working processes to increase supply reliability and optimize cost.
• Develop methodology for RFQ/RFP/RFI processes and contract renewal to optimize cost-savings.
• Work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to create and carry out the company\'s growth plan.

The Successful Applicant

You must have a Degree in Supply Chain or related fields, and a minimum of 10 years experience within the Retail/FMCG industry with exposure to QSR operations/procurement. You must possess analytical skills and data interpretation in order to use metrics to discover areas of business improvement and drive performance.
