The successful candidate will be responsible for the Talent Management & Employee Development COE for all the CMA CGM entities in Singapore as well as supporting our subsidiaries in APAC region.
To enforce CMA CGM Group\'s overall Talent Management & Employee Development strategy and directive, you will be leading a lean team in Singapore to implement suitable programs and drive initiative for the APAC region. You will be collaborating closely with all the APAC HR network as well as with the Corporate HR team, including Group Talent Management and the Group Academy located in the Head office.

Main responsibilities:

Talent management:

  • Pilot People Review campaign in close relation with the Talent Corporate team
  • Pilot and follow-up with succession planning for key positions, propose mitigation measures when necessary
  • Propose, design and deploy innovative programs to develop and retain talents in the region
  • Work with HRBPs and Corporate talent team to follow our talent population, proposing development & career plan
  • Support the annual performance appraisal campaign in close coordination with the Corporate Talent team
  • Support any Corporate initiatives, processes launched by our Corporate Talent teams that need to be deployed into the region
  • Monitor international mobility program in the region
  • Ensure HR compliance during customer\'s audit for HR related matters
  • Take part to upcoming initiatives or projects to be deployed by the HR Corporate team, such as Diversity & Inclusion, Mentoring, competency model, etc.
Employee development:
  • Review and collect training needs with HRBPs, Business Leaders and APAC HR network
  • Lead the induction process for new joiners in the Singapore office and deploy associated solutions
  • Propose training program to respond to business\' needs, focusing on training priorities
  • Working closely with your team, Academy and/or external stakeholder to develop and deploy suitable training programs
  • Propose initiatives/program to strengthen the employee engagement, especially when majority are working from home / in transition with returning to work in office
  • Follow partnerships with MPA,Universities ensuring good branding of CMA CGM as well as funding opportunity for training program
  • Develop a strong relationship with the Group Academy, follow-up on mandatory e-learnings campaign as well as CSR training objectives
To be successful in this role, you need to be an excellent and adaptable communicator, with great organisational and coordinating skills. You also enjoy working with people across cultures and borders and is at ease working with a large and international team of talented people.

Minimum Requirements:
  • At least a bachelor\'s degree in Organizational Development / Human Resources Development related discipline preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in global companies in the field of Human Resources including Learning & Development and Talent Management
  • Proven track record where you implement talent management process and tools to support strategic business objectives.
  • Experience as in HR Business partnering in a global company would be a plus
  • Strong collaboration, consultative and influencing skills
  • Proven analytical and conceptual skills, combined with ability to drive implementation
  • Willing to travel oversea (
30% of time) when needed
