Overview:
  • Reporting to the Group CHRO, the Head of Talent Management establishes the overall talent management strategy and framework to identify the right talent.

Responsibilities :
  • Be involved in the launch and delivery of Talent Management/Succession Planning, and other organization development-related projects as identified by the HR COE team.
  • Assess the current capabilities of talents versus the capabilities needed for the future and recommend ways to address these needs through a talent management programme.
  • Establish career development framework, policy and programmes as a key area of employee benefits.
  • Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training).
  • Consult with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand and validate learning needs identified by the business.
  • Support organizational design/restructuring and work with various business leaders on talent deployment and development.
  • Implement a talent pipeline strategy that ensures future talent needs are being met and a continuous flow of the right candidates is established.
  • Responsible for how talent grows within the organisation, by building talent pipeline and development of high potential talents, as well as responsible for management associates, scholarship and internship programs.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor or Master in Human resources or relevant field
  • At least 15 years of experience in Talent Management and Leadership Development, preferably with regional or global exposure
  • Strong leadership management skills in leading teams through ambiguity, setting priorities and delivering our commitments
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to build relationship and establish trust with stakeholders
  • Able to connect easily with people, empathize and build trust
  • Excellent oral communication, interpersonal, writing skills
  • Deep experience and willingness to work in a highly matrixed environment, managing global, regional and local stakeholders with demonstrated flexibility and adaptability.
