Responsbilities:
- Review and improve overall IT strategy and execute IT plans
- Experience in handling system application in B2B and B2C experience.
- Very experienced with Operational Systems
- Compliance to international standards (such as COBIT 5, ISO27001, ITIL).
- Project management and key senior stakeholders management
- Manage team members and contractors/vendors to ensure compliance of SLA and project schedules.

Knowledge of ERP, CRM, Real-time data processing, Data warehouse & Business Intelligence, Billing and Settlement in a retail environment.
such as utilities, telco and subscription-based services would be advantageous. - Extensive software development experience is an advantage.
