We have a rare opportunity for a senior Total Rewards expert to join our Regional HR team, taking the leadership role for this key center of excellence. YOUR ROLE

You will be a core member of our Regional HR team, adding your leadership expertise + skills to the delivery of an extraordinary employee experience. Your days will be diverse and interesting; from driving our total rewards strategy to ensuring our data is accurate and compliant. You will lead this function across the entire region working with country HR managers and their teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• To develop + implement our Regional Compensation + Benefits strategy
• To add the Asia Pacific voice to Compensation+ Benefit discussions globally - incentive schemes, benefits solutions, policies, processes + programmes.
• To provide guidance + training to HR in ASP Countries in the execution of Compensation + Benefits programmes: annual salary review, bonus preparation + pay-outs, benefits review, etc.
• To centrally manage the policies + administration of international assignees in the ASP Region, including those based in the Regional Office

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a broad knowledge of compensation + benefits strategies and best practices and who is able to work with a diverse range of stakeholders.

You will be someone who is comfortable with a range of digital platforms, who thrives on attention to detail and enjoys working with numbers; your Excel skills must be sharp.
