We are partnering a recognised Telco on a search to identify a leader for its UX/UI team. An innovative player in several business segments, there are plans to further expand its digital footprint in both B2C and B2B segments. Core to its digital strategy, is a stronger UI/UX team to continue to provide best-in-class user experience to its customers. Requirements
Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will lead a team of UI/UX designers and researchers to create user-centric designs based on customer feedback and research. You will develop a consistent, clear and attractive visual identity across the different channels, including web, iOS and Andriod. You will pitch design principles and solutions to cross-functional teams and stakeholders through design storytelling. Requirements
You have a proven track record managing a team of UX/UI designers, and possess strong experience in design and delivery of complex, interactive projects. You have the ability to interpret user problems and translate them into actionable design recommendations and solutions, working closely with the product and engineering teams.
