Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and implement the wealth management business strategies for the firm
- Manage client relationships and provide them high-quality bespoke investment advisory and solutions
- Identify and acquire prospects, and devise marketing strategies to expand AUM and revenue growth
- Conduct portfolio reviews with clients and communicate market views periodically
- Manage multi-asset discretionary portfolios and asset allocation to clients according to their expected returns and risk appetite
- Liaise with external business partners to provide different service and wealth management solutions to clients
- Work with the senior management to ensure the compliance of regulatory requirements
Key requirements
- At least 8 years of investment advisory/ private banking / external asset management
- Bachelor\'s degree in Economics/Finance/Business or other disciplines
- Entrepreneurial with strong leadership skill, highly driven and result oriented individual with proven track records in private wealth management
- Good product knowledge across various asset classes and global markets
- Solid experience in asset allocation, portfolio construction based on financial analysis
- Competent in communicating to and building relationships with HNWI and UHNWI clients with outstanding client servicing skills
