Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and implement the wealth management business strategies for the firm
  • Manage client relationships and provide them high-quality bespoke investment advisory and solutions
  • Identify and acquire prospects, and devise marketing strategies to expand AUM and revenue growth
  • Conduct portfolio reviews with clients and communicate market views periodically
  • Manage multi-asset discretionary portfolios and asset allocation to clients according to their expected returns and risk appetite
  • Liaise with external business partners to provide different service and wealth management solutions to clients
  • Work with the senior management to ensure the compliance of regulatory requirements

Key requirements
  • At least 8 years of investment advisory/ private banking / external asset management
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Economics/Finance/Business or other disciplines
  • Entrepreneurial with strong leadership skill, highly driven and result oriented individual with proven track records in private wealth management
  • Good product knowledge across various asset classes and global markets
  • Solid experience in asset allocation, portfolio construction based on financial analysis
  • Competent in communicating to and building relationships with HNWI and UHNWI clients with outstanding client servicing skills
