Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and systems, including policies and procedures Talent recruitment and retention Creation of effective staff learning and development journey Promoting wellness in the workplace through employee engagement and recognition platforms Management of grievances and disciplinary actions Employee record handling in line with policy and legal requirements Assessment of employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance Specialist experience in Compensation and Benefits Requirements HRM bachelor degree holder with more than 10 years of managerial experience Well versed MOM labour law and regulations MS Office proficient Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Strong ethics and reliability
