Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and support the service crew to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
Greet and seat guests, ensuring excellent first impressions.
Manage table assignments, reservations, and guest flow to maximise efficiency.
Take and serve food & beverage orders with accuracy and professionalism.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
Handle guest complaints and special requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor service standards, cleanliness, and presentation in the dining area.
Assist in inventory checks, daily briefings, and staff scheduling.
Uphold restaurant policies, health & safety standards, and service protocols.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress, Supervisor, or Senior Waiter in an F&B establishment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of service etiquette, food & beverage pairings, and upselling techniques.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, strong teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
