What the role is
As a Senior Officer in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review and implement policies and schemes in specific functional areas.
What you will be working on
- Manage Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes in College eg MOST Courses (Nitec/HNitec), Short Courses etc including registration and course admin, trainer registration, attendance and payment approval/processing.
- Manage budget and allocation of funds for CET programmes.
- Support for CET classes including enrolment, facility, attendance and engaging participants and public for enquiries.
- Manage CET Centre together with CET Supervisor and clerk to support the conduct of CET programmes at campus.
- Conduct outreach activities to promote CET programmes to adult learners.
- Compile data and prepare reports on outcomes achieved. Make adjustments to enhance effectiveness of our strategies to further boost programmes outcomes for our participants.
What we are looking for
- Good industry knowledge and familiarity with the adult learning landscape
- Analytical and operational experiences
- Marketing experience in Continuing Education and Training preferred
