As a Health and Wellbeing (HWB) Trainer, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end design, management, deployment, vendor management and measurement for our programmes.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Instructor to join our Training team, specifically to support the delivery of our Resilience Training Programmes (FRTC and MRTC) to the Singapore Armed Forces. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in delivering psychological resilience training, a deep understanding of military culture, and a keen interest in enhancing the mental and emotional resilience of soldiers. This role is pivotal in equipping our personnel with the skills needed to thrive in high-stress environments and maintain peak performance under pressure.
