We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Health Solutions Manager. Principal Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Head of Health Solutions to formulate, lead and execute the solutions required to enable the Health strategy for HSBC life Singapore, aligning with HSBC\xe2\x80\x99s global and local ambitions
  • Help the health and delivery team\xe2\x80\x99s execution of the overall Insurance Health Ecosystem, encompassing Employee Benefits and related customer health and engagement platforms, products and propositions
  • Lead an end to end review and enhancement plan of the end to end \xe2\x80\x98Health Customer\xe2\x80\x99 (spanning member, intermediary and corporate customers) life-cycle
  • Partner with relevant teams and stakeholders to implement this plan, creating seamless, positive user experiences across platforms, propositions and business process
  • Continuously identify customer and business pain points and develop and implement quality solutions
  • Conduct research and customer / market testing to identify Health Customer needs to fast track our strategy to deliver best in class solutions for our business and customers
  • Work with our business, delivery and technology teams to define our target state and any required interim solutions for the Health business. This will span platforms, including member front end applications, intermediary platforms/tools, backend system enhancements and business/operational processes and procedures
  • Identify and execute new technologies and partnerships that will deliver enhanced offering to meet business and customer outcomes
  • Employ strong relationships and network to partner with Group WPB, Group Insurance and local Insurance markets to identify synergies and leverage existing or developing learnings and features to accelerate HSBC Life Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s strategy execution

Requirements
  • Employee Benefits (group medical and life) and individual medical product market expertise, within Singapore
  • Experience in new digital proposition and product design, delivery and management within insurance and/or financial services, including identification of problem and opportunity statements, solution design, working with a matrix of stakeholders and delivery teams to deliver solutions, and ongoing tracking and management of performance to deliver the agreed benefits for customer and business
  • Experience identifying and implementing improvements to the E2E insurance customer life cycle
  • Experience delivering new innovations, platforms, technologies to market and agile methodologies to deliver change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including senior management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, deep diving into problems, understanding the root cause/s and proposing quality solutions to management
  • High level of drive and motivation to ensure successful delivery of complex transformational initiatives
  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills in order to navigate complex and diverse initiatives
  • Strong Microsoft application capabilities (powerpoint / excel) as well as a ranch of agile tools including confluence, jira, teams etc
