Job Description

you are required to support the frail and home-bound PNC (Person Needing Care) with home personal care services.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in activities of daily living, including companionship, grocery shopping, meals preparation(warming of food), personal hygiene (showering / bed bath), physical maintenance exercises, elder-sitting, respite care, oral feeding, toileting and elimination needs, medication reminder. Provide basic nursing and health services such as monitoring of vital signs, render assistance and providing emotional support. Report and provide feedback to Registered Nurse on clients' progress including Incident Report. Assess client's immediate need(s) and escalate to supervisor of such needs as and when required. Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by nurse manager.

Requirements

Minimum professional certificate in Healthcare Support (Nursing Aid) or equivalent Minimum 2 years of working experience in Nursing Home/Community Hospitals in Singapore Passionate in working with elderly, willingness to learn Basic computer skills Able to communicate in local dialects will be an advantage to converse with local dialects speaking elderly. Good understanding of working with older persons
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,300.00 - $2,000.00 per month
