Responsibilities
- Manage clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations of clinics and centres
- Work with different stakeholders to support strategic business plans
- Manage the recruitment and orientation for new hires
- Manage the training of clinic staff to ensure the team is equipped sufficiently
- Support in the planning and implementation of new initiatives across clinics and centres
- Ensure administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately and timely
- Work closely with external and internal stakeholders to manage audits, compliance, licensing, legal and regulatory processes for all clinics and centres
- Good degree in business, nursing, healthcare or equivalent;
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, with at least 2 years at the managerial level (job title will commensurate with experience);
- Experienced in leading and managing a diverse team;
- Experienced in healthcare management, especially in healthcare operations;
