Our group of clinics offers a comprehensive range of quality primary healthcare services including treatment for common acute and chronic ailments, minor surgeries, weight management, health screenings and counseling services, adult and children vaccinations, skin and food allergies, and laboratory services.

Our clinics also provide a variety of aesthetic services such as medical aesthetic treatment, Botox, chemical skin peels, micro dermabrasion, and various laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments. We offer treatment for acne and pimples, pigmentation problems, open pores, age spots, and removal of body hairs, scars, and keloids!

Our doctors also work very closely with our network of specialist doctors in various disciplines both in private practice and in public service.

To ensure patients receive the best service in the healthcare and aesthetic fields, our doctors constantly update and upgrade themselves to always keep abreast of medical developments and the latest technology available.

• Create a positive experience and establish a good rapport with patients.
• Attend and answer clinic\'s phone promptly.
• patient management. Demonstrate care, and empathy and deliver excellent front-line service to patients.
• Provide seamless administrative support and customer service including registration of patients, answering phone calls, and scheduling of appointments.
• Dispensing medications accurately and collecting payments.
• Ensure the accuracy of clinical data entry into the system.
• Assist clinical doctors.
• Administer all insurance claims promptly during clinic opening hours.
• Ensure the clinic is well-maintained and hygienic at all times.
• Perform stock-taking and inventory list management.
• Set up stock examination procedures.
• Handle all transactions including payments and ensure proper documentation.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned.
