Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for heat treatment operations, which include planning and technical support.
- Interpret customers\' heat treatment requirements, design appropriate heat treatment profiles and issue work (or operations) instructions.
- Plan and control heat treatment processes.
- Ensure good housekeeping of heat treatment area.
- Maintain statistical process control chart for heat treatment process.
- Initiate action to prevent heat treatment non-conformance and provide solutions to heat treatment problem.
- Work with customer on the disposition of parts found to be non-conforming during receiving inspection.
- Review and maintain customer\'s heat treatment requirement and specifications.
- Ensure all heat treatment equipment and facilities are upkeep in good operation and safe condition.
- Liaise with supplier to ensure quality and on time supply.
- Nitec/ Higher Nitec/ Diploma in any Engineering discipline or at least 5 years working experiences in surface technologies / heat treatment facilities.
- Good technical knowledge in the Heat Treatment.
- Able to communicate effectively with people of all level and people management skill.
- Monday to Friday
