Hegen is a fast-growing company specialising in mother and baby products, with a mission to enhance the breastfeeding journey for both the mother and baby. We are looking for an experienced manager to manage our newly opened Hegen Lactation Centre (HLC) at our office in Alexandra. Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans to grow the HLC by working closely with our in-house lactation consultants, executives and our Hegen community members
• Monitor the operations of HLC by ensuring that it meets the planned objectives and enables the business to reach the greater community
• Demonstrate marketing flair and business acumen by working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive partnerships and engagements to connect our potential users to HLC
• Apply your understanding of the business focus to develop programme, campaigns, and engagement tools to engage and educate the Hegen community
• Oversees the administrative functions and deliver best-in-class customer experience by ensuring seamless customer service experience in appointment booking, demand analysis, and connect regularly with customers to identify engagement opportunities
• Perform research and competitors’ analysis to develop competitive business strategy, such as programme offering, pricing strategy and benchmarking
• Analyse and study industry trends on breastfeeding, lactation and healthcare information to bring new and latest insights with feasibility into HLC and the Hegen community

Requirements:

• At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in a direct operational role such as managing a business entity, community and have firm understanding of business environment
• Background in healthcare or aesthetics industries would be advantageous
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate team management skills by leading team members to achieve success and fulfilment in their day-to-day tasks
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to develop and build relationships with internal and external partners, and customers
• Strong administrative, documentation and process management skills
• Strong communication skills, and ability to execute business pitch
