Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Manning physical and virtual helpdesk
  • Responding to user queries and attending to alerts. Perform first level assessment to categorize requests and update registries
  • Generate and prepare weekly/monthly reports from systems and disseminate to designated teams/groups
  • Reset laptop and clone customised image onto laptops
  • User account troubleshooting; account creation; account reset etc
  • Administer internal website contents
Requirements:
  • Diploma in any discipline.
  • Basic IT and computer system knowledge
  • Customer service-oriented personality
  • Good command of English language
  • Excellent communication skills
