Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Drive the helpdesk team to deliver great customer service on day to day operational activities to meet service levels and manage incident restoration.
  • To be highly customer focused and diligent towards providing good customer service

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in supervisory in Service desk/ Helpdesk
  • Customer Experience / Service Management
  • Good communication skill
  • Able to perform 12 hours rotating shift work.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
