Job:

Review, analyze and transform new business/user requirements into IT system/functional requirements
Manage 3rd party vendor for outsourced projects
Lead SAP and EDI project implementation and handover to IT helpdesk
Lead Computer System Validation (CSV) exercise to document new system implementation
Serve as focal point of contact for internal/external business users
Provide hands-on training to end user
Improve the productivity of existing processes with IT systems
Oversee and manage the IT helpdesk team (level one support)

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent
Possess at least 3 years’ experience in SAP and EDI system implementation and support role
Must have at least 3 years’ experience in IT project implementation with direct interaction with business users, preferably in the Supply Chain or Logistics environment
Working knowledge and experience in ERP implementation
Well verse with SQL commands
Extensive knowledge of business processes in the logistics/distribution industry
