POSITION SUMMARY

The LMS Lead will oversee the client learning portal (LMS). He will be responsible for the day to day administration of the system, and cater to any creation or maintenance requests. He will be the primary contact for level 1 requests, and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner. He will work closely with different program stakeholders to identify needs and recommend solutions related to the use of the LMS.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
The LMS lead will do the following:

Stakeholder Management

  • Meet with client managers to understand their needs and recommend solutions related to the LMS
  • Manage the intake request form and the helpdesk portal
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on site adoption and utilization

User Management
  • Manage groups or cohorts, ensure they're up to date
  • Grant or revoke access or administrative privileges
  • Manually create users as required

Content Management
  • Upload various content (videos, slides, SCORM packages) to the LMS
  • Set up quizzes and surveys
  • Set completion parameters for the course or program
  • Restrict and allow access to content
  • Create, update, and archive content

Learning Events and Site Management
  • Set up learning events
  • Enroll users (single or bulk)
  • Generate compliance reports

Project Management
  • Create and maintain project plans for content migration to the LMS, managing multiple projects at any given time
  • Identify needed resources to complete the project
  • Call out risks and mitigate them as needed

Others
  • Review quality and accuracy of content setup done by users granted higher administrative privileges
  • Troubleshoot issues with the LMS (e.g., completion not being recorded, SCORM package not opening, etc)
  • Provide recommendations to improve user experience

The success of the LMS Lead is measured through:
  • Client stakeholder CSAT/feedback
  • Adherence to timelines
  • Quality and accuracy of work

WORK EXPERIENCE
  • At least 2 years experience in the following:
    • Managing an LMS, preferably Cornerstone
    • Working with different stakeholders
    • Managing multiple projects at the same time
    • With customer service experience preferred
    • Generating and analyzing reports

TECHNICAL SKILLS
  • Technology literate; can easily work with new software (e.g., media development tools, GSuite, and other TaskUs or client applications)
  • Experience in LMS administration
  • Data Science or analytics highly preferred; use of data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio or PowerBI are a plus

  • Makes logical decisions through key facts, explores alternatives, and proposes quality solutions
  • Communicates information and ideas clearly, and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Interacts with peers, management, and other departments in a professional manner
  • Fosters a positive and productive work environment, with the ability to lead, build teams, and motivate staff
  • Has strong organizational and interpersonal management skills
  • Manages time effectively and efficiently
