Job Summary

The Executive/Higher Executive designs creative content (including photo taking of products) for ecommerce platforms that will attractive consumers attention. He utilises the various social commerce platforms to brand and market the company\'s products. He works in a fast-paced, dynamic, and digitally centric environment where he is expected to assist managers in their work. He is an innovative, energetic, collaborative and highly adaptable team player. He should also be digitally-savvy and possess a strong business acumen with a high level of initiative and capacity to work under pressure. He also manages all ecommerce and social commerce related matters inclusive of customer service.

Job Responsibilities/Key Tasks(External)

Drive Technological Effort to Digitalise OR Process

• Develop dashboards using digital tools; e.g. Power BI & Power App
• Perform data analytics & provide feedback to Managers & GM
• Review OR work processes & drive digitalisation processes

Manage Customer Service

• Implement appropriate solutions to address customer queries based on sales and/or customer management knowledge
• Understand customer information and needs to improve customer relationships
• Ensure all customer queries are addressed & replied in a timely manner
• Ensure all customer queries are properly documented
• To analyse customer queries to improve retail services
• Work with our suppliers/vendors to resolve product defects & customer feedback

Job Requirements

- Microsoft Office Applications, SAP

- Agile to manage onerous duties assigned

- Working hours are Monday to Friday (8am to 5.30pm) except public holidays. Occasionally might need to perform overtime on weekends.

Professional Qualifications & Relevant Experience

- Diploma/Degree in any discipline (preferred relevant studies in marketing communications, consumer insights, e-commerce, digital and social media marketing)

- 3 years of work experience in related areas
