Job Description
Job Responsibilities: Install electrical appliances, using hand tools or measuring instruments Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, or repair electrical or mechanical instruments Inspect electrical appliances for quality control and assurance Identify solutions to on-site technical design problems involving electrical and mechanical systems equipment Submit daily task reports Collect payments from customer after installations wherever necessary Conduct basic user-training to customers Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Coordinate with internal stakeholders on schedule arrangement Participate in all training sessions conducted by the company to be up to date with product knowledge Manage customers' needs and seek understanding if in doubtJob Requirements: Minimum GCE N level with 1-2 years experience in home appliance servicing/maintenance/repair Candidates with own car are advantageous Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skillsOther Information: Working Days: 5.5 days, Mon to Sat, 9am to 6pm and 9am to 1pm Location: Potong Pasir Basic Salary: $2.4K to $2.5K with transport allowance, car maintenance Industry: Retail ElectronicsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $2,400.00 - $2,500.00 per monthBenefits:
