Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design teams for high-end hospitality projects, overseeing concept development, design delivery, and implementation
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project objectives and deliver tailored solutions
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Ensure design excellence, brand consistency, and compliance with local regulations
- Foster relationships with suppliers, contractors, and consultants
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience in hospitality design, with a focus on fit-out projects
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Proven portfolio showcasing luxury hospitality projects
- Expertise in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with luxury hotel brands or international hospitality groups
- Knowledge of APAC market trends and regulations
- Proficiency in multiple design software and tech tools
