We are partnering with a hospitality-focused design consultancy known for creating immersive, memorable environments across hotels, resorts, and F&B spaces. The team is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Singapore studio.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a background in interior design, architecture, or project delivery who excels in managing complex hospitality projects from concept through completion while coordinating seamlessly across teams, consultants, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project delivery for hospitality interior projects, ensuring design intent is upheld throughout
- Manage project timelines, budgets, schedules, and resourcing to ensure on-time, high-quality completion
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and coordination packages
- Identify risks and resolve design or site-related issues promptly to maintain workflow continuity
- Conduct regular site checks to ensure quality, compliance, and accurate interpretation of design
- Support design leadership by coordinating approvals, project milestones, and stakeholder communication
- Ensure project processes, standards, and quality controls are consistently met
Key Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in project management within the built environment, ideally with hospitality or large-scale interior projects
- Background in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, detailing, and technical coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex workflows
- Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and familiarity with CAD/technical drawings
- Ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
