Responsibilities:

• Complete knowledge of venue floor plan, table numbers, and seating procedures.
• Knowledgeable of all current promotions, amenities, menu items, retail items and general pricing.
• Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell reservations to better suit a guest\xe2\x80\x99s needs and expectations based on availability.
• Greeting every guest with a warm smile and welcoming greeting in line with the time of day. Ex: Good morning, good afternoon, good evening.
• Check in all guests with reservations and guestlist.
• Assist guests in making new reservations both in person and over the phone.
• Capturing guest details and inputting properly into the CRM system whenever possible.
• Consistently deliver exceptional service to every guest while interacting and entertaining in a professional manner.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to initiate and maintain an upbeat and relaxed environment on a consistent basis throughout the day.
