Responsibilities

Responsible for quickly and accurately preparing and serving beverages of the highest caliber in accordance with established recipes.
Performs weekly beverage inventories, counts the stock in the bar before opening and after closing, and initiates requisitions in accordance with the established par level.
According to the rules, take orders and promote drink specials.
Provide warm and attentive service to visitors.
Displays the guest\'s check and follows all billing guidelines.

Requirements

Possesses working knowledge of wine, cocktail mixing and all beverages
Team player with good communications towards both colleagues and customers alike.
