Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers according to standard recipes with excellent quality, accuracy, and urgency.
- Perform weekly inventory of beverages, initiate requisitions, and maintain par levels for bar opening and closing stock.
- Take orders from customers and promote beverage specials in accordance with established standards.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests.
- Present guests with checks and follow billing procedures.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- With relevant working experience and knowledge of wine, cocktail mixing and all beverages
- Team player with good communications towards both colleagues and customers alike
- Able to work on Public Holidays and weekends when required, restaurant shift hours
- Working location: Middle Road
- Working hours: 5 working days per week,
- Morning shift: 7AM-4PM | Afternoon shift: 12PM-9PM | Evening shift: 2:30PM (4PM for Fri, Sat) \xe2\x80\x93 11:30PM (1AM for Fri, Sat)
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
