Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve beverages to customers with high-quality and accuracy, following standard recipes and urgency.
Perform weekly inventory of beverages, maintain par levels for bar opening and closing stock, and initiate requisitions.
Take customer orders and promote beverage specials, in line with established standards.
Provide friendly and attentive service to guests and present checks, following billing procedures.
Complete any other assigned ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

Possess relevant experience and knowledge of wine, cocktail mixing, and all beverages.
Have excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and customers.
Willing to work on public holidays and weekends, following restaurant shift hours.
Work location: Middle Road.
Work schedule: 5 working days per week, with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available.
