  • Upkeep and maintain the cleanliness of the Residence, the premises, and rooms, including the canteen facilities
  • Lead the outsourced Housekeeping team for a better operations process and flow toward Residences and tenants
  • Ensure all vacant rooms are clean, tidy, and presentable to be always ready for check-in
  • Proper stock management and disposal of lost-and-found, confiscated items and assets when required
  • Work closely with Front Desk and Reservation and Sales on room status and room inventory
  • Work with the Facilities Management team to rectify undesirable room conditions and out-of-order rooms, to minimise downtime and keep a healthy room inventory for sales
  • Work closely with the Facilities Management Senior Executive and Business Support Assistant Manager to manage the Residences and tenants, and carry out the environmental sanitation regime program
  • Plan and execute periodic cleaning schedules and refurnishing or upholstery projects in a scale
  • Any other ad-hoc working task as assigned by Head of Department
