Upkeep and maintain the cleanliness of the Residence, the premises, and rooms, including the canteen facilities
Lead the outsourced Housekeeping team for a better operations process and flow toward Residences and tenants
Ensure all vacant rooms are clean, tidy, and presentable to be always ready for check-in
Proper stock management and disposal of lost-and-found, confiscated items and assets when required
Work closely with Front Desk and Reservation and Sales on room status and room inventory
Work with the Facilities Management team to rectify undesirable room conditions and out-of-order rooms, to minimise downtime and keep a healthy room inventory for sales
Work closely with the Facilities Management Senior Executive and Business Support Assistant Manager to manage the Residences and tenants, and carry out the environmental sanitation regime program
Plan and execute periodic cleaning schedules and refurnishing or upholstery projects in a scale
Any other ad-hoc working task as assigned by Head of Department
