Job Description


The Pan Pacific Orchard presents the pinnacle of design by award-winning WOHA, located in Singapore\'s prime district Orchard Road.

The 23-floor destination hotel redefines the city\'s landscape with four themed open-air terraces of distinctive design concepts - Forest, Beach, Garden and Cloud.

Nestled amidst the Forest Terrace is new signature restaurant Mosella, which will introduce a sharing concept of Mediterranean cuisine with a refreshing Peruvian twist. The Beach Terrace will bring a resort-like experience to the heart of the city, and above, the Garden Terrace will be home to Florette, the Champagne & Oysters specialty bar. At the highest levels of the Cloud Terrace, level 18 will house Orchard\'s highest pillarless ballroom, Claymore Ballroom.

The Role

The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible to coordinate and provide administrative support to the Executive Housekeeper and the Housekeeping team to ensure the day-to-day successful productivity and requirements of the business unit are achieved.

Our Expectations:

  • Keep filing of all correspondences and minutes of meetings up-to-date.
  • Keep tight control of the administrative work that has to come out of the Housekeeping Department.
  • Liaise closely between Front Office and Housekeeping.
  • Responsible for all filing work. Required either in chronological, numerical or alphabetical order.
  • Matching of room attendants\' names on eGCC reports.
  • Administer department\'s leave, public holiday, medical, and off day attendance.
  • Administer lost and found records.
  • Administer overtime and casual labour records.
  • Administer Purchase Requests and Orders records
  • Assist with the documentation of policies and procedures implemented in the department.
  • Any other administration tasks as assigned by Executive and Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
Talent Profile

We are looking for a self-motivated Housekeeping Coordinator with effective written and verbal communication skills. You should have sound knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel. If you have two years of admin experience, write in to have a chat with us!
