Join us as a Housekeeping Coordinator in Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have ambition, talent and obviously, some key skills. For this vital role, we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for someone who can:

  • Maintain and update administrative data
  • Maintain filing systems (manual and electronic)
  • Prepare all administration documents required by Housekeeping Department
  • Maintain and update administrative data, such as purchase orders, inventory and rosters
  • Enter room status into computer daily and investigate discrepancies
  • Receive and forward information
  • Transmit FCS requests to runners\' mobile phones
  • Communicate information to Housekeeping employees
  • Attend to calls, emails requests and enquiries
  • Demonstrate Awareness of Occupational Health and Safety Responsibilities (OH&S) policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines
  • Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures
  • Be familiar with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures and operate equipment safely and sensibly
  • Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers
  • Support the hotel\xe2\x80\x99s corporate responsibility initiatives in the areas of community involvement, environment management, workplace health & safety and food safety, drive action plans as required to achieve hotel corporate responsibility objectives


Requirements for this role
  • 1 year experience in administration and coordination. Skill of operating Opera PMS preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
