Job Description


s * Assist in administrative support within the Business Partnership Team in recruitment and exit management which also include secondment and deployment.

  • Provide support for Manpower Planning and Tracking.
  • Assist in documentation and filing system.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties tasked.
Job Requirements * Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in the HR field.
  • Proactive, eager to learn and display good initiative.
  • Driven and motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft office (especially for word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook).
Working Hours:

Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Thursday: 8.30AM \xe2\x80\x93 6PM

Friday: 8.30AM \xe2\x80\x93 5.30PM

Working Arrangement:

At least 2 days WFH / Office at Novena

Salary: $2000/month

Contract Period: 11-months
