  • Manage HR function, including its daily operations, assist in formulating HR strategies and ensure compliance to company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and country\xe2\x80\x99s regulations in Southeast Asia.
  • Manage Admin function, Workplace Health & Safety and HR & Admin compliance to company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and social requirements.
  • Recruitment
  • Screen candidates and conduct interview with hiring managers.
  • Prepare salary proposal and make offer to candidates or via recruiters. Assist in recruitment strategy planning including liaising with recruitment agencies, etc.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Ensure our company\xe2\x80\x99s competitiveness, including review of HR\xe2\x80\x99s policies, participating in salary & benefits surveys, etc.
  • Verify payroll and all submissions to relevant government bodies.
  • Organize company events and support other company\xe2\x80\x99s activities.
  • Performance Management
  • Be our performance appraisal system\xe2\x80\x99s super admin user, support and educate employees on performance management.
  • Training & Development
  • Review with Head of Departments on training needs analysis, track Company Total Training Plan and handle its related matters.
  • Be ISO auditee of our company\xe2\x80\x99s Total Training Plan.
  • Employee Relations
  • Maintain cordial relationship among all levels of employees and handle performance improvement and disciplinary matters.
  • Office Administration
  • Be part of Workplace Health and Safety Committee.
  • Be company security\xe2\x80\x99s Point of Contact and support office maintenance and renovation, including after office hours and on weekends.
  • Any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 hands-on and managerial experience handling full spectrum of HR and Admin functions, including payroll processing and office maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Act and statutory submission.
  • Knowledge of Info-Tech system is preferred.
  • Able to handle confidential information and exercise high level of integrity.
  • Objective in decision-making, eye for detail and organized.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels.
  • Positive working attitude & good team player
