  • Handles Internship and Contract Management
  • Support Receiving/Repatriation process for transferees from HQ and Affiliates
  • Prepare and coordinate New Employee On-boardment process and orientation
  • Maintain / update Employees' records in HR system
  • Administration of staff welfare and benefits
  • Plan and organize HR initiatives and staff welfare activities
  • Provide administration support to department
Job Requirement:
  • Diploma / Nitec in Business or Human Resources with at least 1 Year working experience in HR
  • Strong Computer knowledge in excel, power-point
  • Competency with MS Excel.
  • Able to start immediately.
