Provide HR support and administration across various functions including recruitment, staffing, insurance etc.
Maintain accurate employee data in the HRM system and physical records
Maintain staff records and employee benefits such as insurance, medical entitlements etc.
Handle tasks for Work Passes such as applications, renewals, and cancellations
Liaise with various government agencies and educational institutes, prepare/submit required documents to relevant government agencies or institutes
Contribute to reviewing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Perform/support administrative work when necessary
Perform other related duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in HR operations.
Familiar with Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements (e.g. MOM, CPF, IRAS etc. regulations)
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint, etc.)
Fluent in English and also Mandarin, to be able to liaise with Mandarin-speaking internal and external personnel
Good interpersonal and communication skills, and able to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
Resourceful and proactive, and able to work in a team as well as independently.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
