What You'll Own
Talent Acquisition & Internship Coordination
Partner with universities and polytechnics to bring in fresh talent
Support hiring across brands--from screening to onboarding
Employment Documentation
Draft offer letters, contracts, and onboarding kits with flair and compliance
Employee Lifecycle & Records
Maintain personnel files, track confirmations, renewals, and exits
Keep our HRIS clean, compliant, and audit-ready
Leave & Attendance Admin
Monitor leave balances, approvals, and entitlements
Flag anomalies and support monthly reporting
Payroll Liaison (No Processing!)
Update payroll team on new hires, exits, and leave data
Ensure smooth handoff of accurate info--no number crunching required
General Admin Support
Help with filing, office coordination, and HR-related tasks
Be the go-to for internal ops questions

Compensation
Hourly Rate:
