They are currently looking for the below candidate to be based at their Bukit Batok office: Administrator / Admin Executive Responsibilities: . Responsible for general HR Admin function, hiring, staff leaves, claims, monthly accounting, arrange overseas travel, flight and hotel reservations, visa application for the staff etc. . To communicate effectively with customers, handling of customer enquiries via email and/or over the phone. . To conduct project planning, order possessing and inventory replenishment . To generate PO, DO, Invoices and any documents required for Sales activities, to assist the Sales Team to coordinate the delivery of equipment . To follow up with customer for the payment arrangement and schedule Requirements . Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in HR, Admin or Account with at least 2 years of working experience, fresh graduate will be considered for the role as well. . Fluent in both English and Mandarin . Familiarity with MS Office, Word and PowerPoint . Salary: SGD 2,500 - SGD 4,000 per month, 5days/week. .
