Manage full spectrum of monthly payroll processing and administration
Support Recruitment process including but not limited to posting of advertisements, arranging of interviews
Maintain and ensure proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
Performing general HR administrative functions such as processing of Work Pass, preparation of appointment / confirmation letters, insurance claims for Hospital & Surgical and Work Injury Compensation
Manage all regulatory legislations and communicate with the authorities
Preparation and submission of monthly reports, survey returns, etc.
Full spectrum of office administrative duties, including receptionist duties and mail / courier handling
Organise office events
Other ad-hoc duties
Knowledge and skill requirements:
Min 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR/Admin
Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication, organizational skills and with multi-tasking abilities.
Teamwork (ability and willingness to work with all levels of organization)
