Gather information on talent needs and job descriptions from various hiring managers
Execute talent outreach activities according to a plan
Contact potential candidates to screen suitability and confirm interest in available positions
Maintain database of potential candidates
Recruit candidates
Execute SOPs and regulations in selection and assessment activities
Conduct initial screening of job applicants\' resumes and relevant skill qualifications
Conduct selection process and assessments
Collect supporting information on potential candidates
Verification of monthly payroll
Ensure all employee records are properly maintained in accordance to company policies
Administer HR related documentation
Maintain and update HR policies
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resources / Business Management or similar
2 years relevant working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Meticulous and detailed in carrying out tasks
Possess initiative and resourcefulness to handle challenging situations
Holder of CEI (Basic) preferred
Able to start work immediately / short notice
Location: Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours 8.30am- 6.00pm Monday to Friday
