Job Description


Job Responsibilities: Human Resource

  • Assist the management and be responsible for handling full spectrum of HR functions.
  • Must be familiar with MOM Regulations and Government Grants application.
  • Ensure that newly hired employees are properly oriented about the company.
  • Assist in the coordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees.
Administrative
  • Generating invoices, PO, DO, etc
  • Replenishing of office supplies \xe2\x80\x93 stationary, food, drinks, etc
  • Renewals of building insurance, COE, road tax, subscriptions, etc.
  • Preparation of itinerary for overseas business trips, flight and hotel bookings, car arrangements, etc.
  • Maintain office properties and simple facility management.
  • Provide the necessary confidential administrative support to management.
Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma (preferably with Human Resource specialization)
  • Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Min 3 years of relevant HR & Admin experience.
  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Flowchart software
