Job Description


:

  • Source for talent
  • Gather information on talent needs and job descriptions from various hiring managers
  • Execute talent outreach activities according to a plan
  • Contact potential candidates to screen suitability and confirm interest in available positions
  • Maintain database of potential candidates
  • Recruit candidates
  • Execute SOPs and regulations in selection and assessment activities
  • Conduct initial screening of job applicants\xe2\x80\x99 resumes and relevant skill qualifications
  • Conduct selection process and assessments
  • Collect supporting information on potential candidates
  • Verification of monthly payroll
  • Ensure all employee records are properly maintained in accordance to company policies
  • Administer HR related documentation
  • Maintain and update HR policies
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma holder in Human Resources / Business Management or similar
  • 2 years relevant working experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous and detailed in carrying out tasks
  • Possess initiative and resourcefulness to handle challenging situations
  • Holder of CEI (Basic) preferred
  • Able to start work immediately / short notice
Location: Tanjong Pagar

Working Hours: 8.30am- 6.00pm; Monday to Friday

Availability: Immediate / Short notice
