Update employee database (including leave and medical claims)
Check duty roster against actual attendance
Compute overtime hours
Assist in payroll function
Maintain proper filing of records
Submit Medical claim to Insurer\'s Portal
Create Purchase Order and posting in system
Coordinate the sending of documents to various departments / centers / outlets
Keep track of Vehicle Insurance, Road Tax, Petrol card
Arrange fruit basket to sick staff
Ordering of stationery / pantry stuff
Handle office general administrative duties / building matters
Job Requirements:
Diploma/Deg in HR with at least 1 years of experience in similar industry
Proficient in Infotech but not essential
Proficient in MS Office application
