: Location: Bukit Batok 5 days work week Lead a team of 3 Responsibilities: * Manage full spectrum of HR Administration support within the HR department * Oversee the overall day-to-day HR operations and functions * Manage a : Location: Bukit Batok 5 days work week Lead a team of 3 Responsibilities: Manage full spectrum of HR Administration support within the HR department Oversee the overall day-to-day HR operations and functions Manage and review employee handbook , company policies and operation procedures Process monthly payroll and prepare payroll reports timely and accurately Prepare of Salary calculation for resignees Submission of CPF Employee Insurance Process tax clearance and government claims i.e. IR8A, IR21, NS claims, Childcare and Maternity claims, Paternity etc Oversee of MOM work pass application, renewal and cancellation (S pass, work permit, E pass, Dependent pass) Oversee of employee training Liaise with Recruitment agencies Other ad-hoc duties assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma or equivalent Minimum 5 years working experience in construction sector Ability to multi-task and work independently Good interpersonal skills, able to work under pressure All Successful candidates can expect a very competitive remuneration package and a comprehensive range of benefits.
