To manage full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions, include HR Planning & Budgeting, Payroll administration, Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Training & Development, Change Management, etc.1) To develop and establish effective manpower planning, sourcing, integrating and retaining the staff through:
\xc2\xb7 effective system to study and plan manpower needs, clear and precise format in manpower requisitions, and provide statistical supports to facilitate manpower sourcing
\xc2\xb7 to develop precise technique and process of short-listing and selecting the quality candidates matching the job specifications as advertised, manage interview and selection processes. Reference checks on candidates are to be carried out when in doubt.
\xc2\xb7 To develop standardized hiring proposal and offer, employment contracts, schedules of duties, terms and conditions and ensure proper offer and acceptance documentation and collection of supporting documents for candidates to hire, as well as proper correspondences to rejected candidates.
\xc2\xb7 To monitor staff confirmation evaluation and communication of confirmation of the staff.
\xc2\xb7 To develop and manage systems of exit interviews, clearance process and put up reports to address issues of critical staff turnover, if any.2) To devise and manage effective compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain and reward quality staff or talents in the Companies:
\xc2\xb7 To be aware and carry out market surveys (when necessary) on prevailing compensation standards and packages and ensure competitive\'
\xc2\xb7 To develop and maintain a standardized salary structure in accordance with the established job structure
\xc2\xb7 To review and make recommendations annual salary adjustment and promotion exercise, with reference to the performance of nation, industries and based on the performance of company and individual staff.
\xc2\xb7 To develop and manage standardized performance appraisal system which will be activated annually to facilitate proper and objective assessments of staff performance as the basis for staff rewards, development and promotion.
\xc2\xb7 To understand the aspirations of staff and the needs of the companies in order to review and make recommendations to improve existing or introduce new staff benefits.
\xc2\xb7 To administer and responsible for payroll functions. This includes basic salary, allowances, incentives, rewards, deductions, all statutory contributions, IR8A processing and tax clearance for foreign staff;3) To develop and manage an effective employee relations and communications mechanism:
\xc2\xb7 To develop and manage a standardized process of staff grievance handling process, including counselling and special interviews or surveys.
\xc2\xb7 To be aware and take action to communicate with all staff pertaining to issues such as introduction of new policies, changes in company regulations and practices, staff movements and announcements of special human resource events.
\xc2\xb7 To establish systematic and progressive disciplinary guidelines and staff issue investigation process and formats.4) To develop and manage an effective staff training and development function:
\xc2\xb7 To facilitate development and growth of the individual staff.
\xc2\xb7 To implement training plans, including staff orientation programme, administer all training results and review effectiveness of training programs and administration system.
\xc2\xb7 To develop staff career path directions, including the job description, competency profile for each job, and even the succession plan as a long-term objective.5) To be responsible for welfare and recreation for the staff:
\xc2\xb7 To identify needs of staff and review the existing welfare programs to promote healthy work-life balance in the workplace.
\xc2\xb7 To facilitate organization of social or recreation activities by the staff so as to promote team spirit and supportive working environment.6) To be responsible for establishment and maintenance of effective human resource information and administration systems as follows:
\xc2\xb7 To establish and maintain up-to-date HR database by carrying out annual data up-dating exercise
\xc2\xb7 To set up a proper record management system whereby all personal files and documents, as well as HR policy or procedure related documents are systematically maintained and managed.

\xc2\xb7 To provide necessary precise statistical support or analysis pertaining to human resource situations to facilitate management decisions.
